Even though I'd never been a client at this facility they were willing to see my little dog, Fergie, who'd just suffered a traumatic dog attack. They were honest about what they could do since it was a Saturday with limited hours while still showing concern and kindness. They were prompt with getting her pain controlled and performed reassuring diagnostics before she was transferred to an emergency facility for surgery. I've then taken her back to Lake Anna for follow up exams and wound revisions. The staff all have been personable and helpful and their prices have been reasonable with the exam fee falling below other area vet clinics. They have separate areas with separate entrances for cats and dogs which I'd never seen before but so smart.
